This page explains the Lookout marketing website and waitlist. The app’s full privacy policy will be available before launch.

The waitlist

When you join, we save your email address, the signup date, and which form you used. We use that information to contact you about Lookout, including launch and early-access updates. Joining does not create an app account or enable location sharing.

Website information

This site does not request your location, camera or microphone. We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand visits through aggregated statistics, such as pages viewed, referrers, approximate region, and device or browser type. It does not use tracking cookies, and we do not send waitlist email addresses to analytics. There are no advertising trackers. Hosting infrastructure may process technical information, such as an IP address, to deliver the site. Brief request limits help protect the waitlist from spam.

Storage and access

Waitlist information is stored by Lookout. Access is limited to operating the waitlist. We do not sell waitlist email addresses.

Change your mind

You can ask us to remove your email from the waitlist or stop contacting you at any time. Email support@plexus.dev using the address you joined with.

Privacy in the app

Lookout is being built around explicit sharing with approved people. Family membership alone does not grant access to location. Sharing controls let you review and revoke access. Public incident awareness and private location sharing are separate.
